Turmeric Latte has been gaining popularity in the West in the recent years. While Indians have been drinking turmeric milk for centuries, the simplest way to drink turmeric milk is to add a teaspoon of turmeric to milk.

For the lazy people looking for a quick fix, we present the simplest form of Turmeric Latte or Golden Milk.

In a glass of warm milk, add a teaspoon of Turmeric powder. Mix it well (because some turmeric tends to stay at the bottom of the cup). You can add sugar if you feel like. This is the simplest form of Turmeric Milk that Indians use since times immemorial.

Before the western world discovered the massive benefits of turmeric, Indians have been using it in this way. Even if you talk to an Indian and tell them that you are putting dry ginger powder, black pepper and some other things in turmeric milk, you can expect a surprised reaction.
